Mango & Other Dried Fruit
Dried fruit is super great to stash away in your office drawer, your backpack, your car, your purse... you get the idea. I like to keep dried fruit with some nuts - such a good combo!

For the dried fruits like mango, pineapple and papaya, sometimes sugar is added. This is bonkers because these are fruits and certainly don't need added sugar. It may be difficult to find them without added sugar but search in natural product stores or online otherwise they are more of an indulgent dessert than a relatively healthful snack.
