Hummus & Veggies/Rice Crackers
Hummus is the classic vegetarian condiment. Made from beans, it fills us with protein and... is delicious!
Ingredients
  • hummus (store-bought or home-made)
  • cut up veggies: carrots work great
  • rice crackers (You can really use any crackers you like. Rice crackers are just nice and light.)
Instructions
  1. Dip your crackers or veggies in the hummus and enjoy!
