Biscoff is one of those “by accident” vegan things. They are the makers of those Belgium speculoos cookies that you might have had on a flight recently. They also make something dastardly delicious – a spread (think a similar consistency to peanut butter) made from the cookies themselves!
Dream come true.
If one had to describe the taste of these incredible treats, it would be caramel-y and cinnamon-y.
