These are resources for meal planning, recipes and grocery lists.
This is a starter pack of simple, mostly “no-recipe recipes” to get you started on your vegan way. Try these out for a week or two to figure out what works for you and what meals you’d like to substitute for something else. Expand on this list with online recipes or from recipes in your newly acquired vegan cookbooks!
These are all of the groceries you’ll need for your week of meals. Go through the list and cross of items you already have (such as olive oil, for example) and add quantities depending on if you are cooking for yourself or for a group. You can also use the links to purchase some of the items from Amazon or to visit brand pages so you know what you’re looking for in the grocery store.
After you finish your first week of eating vegan, this list will help you continue to build up your first vegan kitchen. All of the items are introduced in the course videos. You can print out this list and cross out or add items as you like. You can also use the links to purchase some of the items from Amazon or to visit brand pages so you know what you’re looking for in the grocery store.
Here you’ll find all the downloadable PDF versions of the grocery lists and recipes. Print or save these PDFs to take them with you as you venture into this non-vegan world. Plant power to you!
I’m a big fan of no-recipe recipes these days – simply putting together a meal from what you have and not thinking too hard about it. Sometimes you need inspiration, guidance or just want to mix things up. I’ll use a recipe too when I’m looking at, say, a sweet potato and have no idea what meal I want it to become.
These recipes are some of my online faves – enjoy!
