Nice cream is the playful term vegans use to describe ice cream made from bananas. That’s right, nice cream is simply frozen bananas blended up in a food processor or high speed blender until an ice cream-like consistency forms. Sometimes a bit of vegan milk is added and sometimes cocoa powder to make chocolate nice cream.
It’s a pretty amazing thing and super healthy if you are looking to make up a simple, nutritious dessert.
