Quinoa is a vegan’s best friend. We’re so glad this ancient Bolivian grain is becoming a staple in our diets. It’s packed with protein so it will help fill your belly like little else. It’s a great addition to salads, soups and stir fry dishes. The trifecta!
Something that is particularly wonderful about quinoa is that it cooks up in just 15 minutes. Waiting 45 minutes for brown rice is just not always on the table…
