This cookbook is a must for a brunch lover. Where do I start? Vegan sausages (so easy!), cinnamon rolls, vegan tofu benedict… Isa has done it again. Get this book for the Banana Rabanada alone – it’s like french toast with a caramelized glaze. Whoa.
If you are trying to cook for non-vegans, this cookbook is a great option. Invite some friends over on a weekend morning (midday?!) and show them how delicious veganism can be. And if you’re trying to convince yourself that eating vegan can be delicious, this will do it for you too!
